Here is about the last two and half weeks worth of Instagram pictures. I completely forgot about blogging about last week! Here is just some of what we have been up to lately.
We have enjoyed many shows and concerts over the last couple of weeks. Chet and I got to see Stephen Curtis Chapman. That was an amazing {concert} worship time! Not only is he a fantastic musician, but he has such a heart for God and for others. We also got to go listen to Clint Black. He performed an acoustic concert in a very intimate theater.
Hannah got to go with us to see The Lion King, the Broadway show in Dallas a few weeks ago. She loves music and the theater and just adored the show. She is already begging us up to see more shows next season!
Hannah and me at the theater. Though, this is a little dark and blurry, I am trying to do better about getting in some pictures. Not an easy task when you are the one always behind the camera!
Miss Olivia is still keeping us on our toes! She climbed up on a chair this week so she could see me over the bar. But, as tired as she makes us during the day, it is totally worth it when she yells, “Hug!” and runs to you with outstretched arms!
She loves her sister and loves to play with her, even if that means messing with Hannah while she is trying to get her school work done!
We have been busy with school these last couple of weeks. As part of our animal unit, Hannah made these spiders and wrote word families on each one.
We have been busy over the last six months cleaning out, redecorating, and basically completely overhauling our office. I have started gathering decor and this came in this week. It is a very large, vintage-style map. I have been looking for something like this for months and I finally found one! I can’t wait to put all of the details together!
I always love your blogs! It’s great to see the girls growing up. Can’t wait to see what you don with the map! I saw a blog just a few days ago about decorating with vintage maps and globes! I’ll try to find it and send it to you.
Love ya’ll!

I saw The Lion King several years ago for the first time. It was absolutely awe inspiring as an adult, I can’t imagine how magical it must be for a kid. Still one of my faves, and I’ve been to a lot of shows.
